She did her B.F.A –Commercial Arts (Arts College, Chandigarh) , M.A. – Fine Arts , M.Ed .and Interior Decoration . Started her career with teaching in a convent school for 3 years and then as an Instructor of Fine Arts at a prestigious Education college for 13 years before the start of this venture. This gave her adequate exposure, which enriched her thought process naturally as those practices became a part of her daily life .

Her works are thus inspired by real life experiences , human emotions , social issues and nature. As far as teaching or rather going through the creative journey along with kids ,teenagers and ladies. She strongly believes that art has the role in educating individuals , discovering their inner-self , potentialities , recreating themselves and thus grooming oneself into fine ,confident , happy individuals .

The real inspiration , that brought up Art Cravers to such high peaks Mrs Sonia Setia, an experienced and flawless artist with great command over her brushes and flexibility over her imagination.Not only to imagine and create , but inspire others to do the same as well. Thus, making her a perfect mixture of a great artist and an equally amazing teacher.
